Reiki

Reiki is the practice of hands on healing originating in Japan. The word Reiki means ‘universal life energy’ – the energy around and within all living things. The Reiki practitioner’s hands are placed on the energy centres (chakra’s) of the body where positive healing energy is emitted and drawn into the body where weak energy exists. The Reiki energy will naturally flow to where it is needed, working on all three levels of the human psyche, mind, body and spirit.

Reiki can help reduce inflammation and pain, release blocked negative energy on an emotional level and bring clarity and peace to the mind. This can help you to move forward and make positive steps for a more fulfilling life. Mainly heat can be felt from the practitioner’s hands, sometimes cool energy, client’s also report to having a feeling of peace and serenity or all three is felt.
